Did the BOCC violate CO Sunshine Law? Vote!

Remember that silly drill-baby-drill, oil shale resolution passed by the BOCC last month?

Turns out they violated Colorado’s Sunshine Law.

It’s mind-boggling how these guys don’t even give a crap – in an election year no less. I don’t think we need to spend a whole lot of time on this one. So let’s have some fun with it. How about you decide?
