Judy Jordan fired

This is sad news. Judy Jordan was good at her job. She was by far was the most effective liaison Garfield County has ever had. This is just more proof the gas industry is running the show in Garfield County.

    The US Constitution guarantees in Article IV, Sec. 4, that We the People shall have a “Republican form of Government”. A Republican form of government is a governmental system where the people hold the Sovereign Power and elect representatives to exercise that power.

    Our July 4th, 1776 Declaration of Independent reads in part: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that when any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government.”

    Based upon these founding principals and after reading in this blog that Ms. Judy Jordan has been fired by County Commissioners Jankovsky, Martin & Samson; we are reminded of the “Midnight Massacre” during the WATERGATE scandal when President Nixon fired Archibald Cox.

    The time has arrived: We the People of Garfield County must solemnly ponder a recall of all three County Commissioners. We the People are the Sovereign and not the gas industry corporations who contributed tens of thousands of dollars to the THREE STOOGES campaign war chests via 527’s.

    The Colorado statutes for recalling a county commissioner are: CRS 1-12-101, et.seq. A petition must be signed by 25% of the registered voters to begin the recall.

    RECALL JANKOVSKY, MARTIN & SAMSON and rehire Judy Jordan.
