This past week there have been well flares at the Diemoz pad and the Pretti pad on Silt Mesa. A friend who lives in Peach Valley sent this photo taken from her deck late this morning. The flare burned all night and into the late morning. The flame is so big we can see it from Dogland. Look at the size of that flame. Forget that — look at the size of that chemical plume. We’re breathing that shit.
Here’s a blow up of the same flare — again look at that column of chemical emissions
I don’t know for certain if Ursa is responsible for this. If they are, I have a message for them: knock it off. We hate this! It’s rude. We live here. We have to breath this crap. I’ve been sick all week. Now I know why. This is no way to make new friends!
If any of you can get photos of the well flare on the Diemoz pad, by all means send them. If you wish to remain anonymous, that works for me. It’s a fact, the operators and Gasfield County officials hate it when I post these photos — so you know what to do. Get out your cameras!
