From the Thompson Divide Coalition
Friends and Colleagues,
You may have heard this already, but the Garfield County Commissioners and the Glenwood Springs City Council are holding a joint work session to discuss SG Interests’ proposal to use 4 Mile Road as a haul route for drilling in the Thompson Divide.
It was great to see our County Commissioners’ recent opposition to SG’s proposal. We truly appreciate their support. But we must continue to show that our coalition is unified in our support for protecting the Thompson Divide — as it is.
We need to send one clear message from the community:
This isn’t about which way the trucks drive. It’s about protecting the Thompson Divide.
Please join us on Thursday evening to show your support for our ranchers, our businesses, and our watershed!
