It’s pretty hard to landscape a business that has no space to actually landscape. They *do* have hanging baskets in summer though….. does that count?
And what is it with the emphasis on defined parking with ‘stripes’? And potential arson targets? And rats breeding in weeds? Good grief.
If I was a business owner in this area under study, I’d sue for defamation. If I was a Silt resident, I’d sue for my tax money back.

i thought ‘blight’ was something destructive of habitat & threatening to life, such as, poisoned air & water, choking dust, beligerant roughnecks, & toxic $$MONEY$$…pretentious tools ! & besides, putting lipstick on that pig is disrespectful of an honest porcine critter–
