Avian Flu Weaponized

## FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ##

AVIAN FLU WEAPONIZED

Avian Flu May Already be Weaponized. Natural Solutions Foundation alerts world to startling evidence that H5N1 virus may already have been genetically engineered to create a man-made pandemic.

Is the U.S. Government acting in concert with pharmaceutical interests to implement a mandatory vaccination agenda?

WASHINGTON, DC – July 29, 2008 – Noted health freedom activist Rima E. Laibow, MD and her organization, the Natural Solutions Foundation, this week alerted Health Freedom supporters that rogue government operatives, in concert with pharmaceutical interests, may be preparing to unleash a genetically engineered Avian Flu pandemic for profit, possibly during the Olympics. The planned August delivery of an alleged Avian Flu “vaccine” coupled with other substantial pieces of intelligence has led Foundation President, Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine (USA Ret.) to conclude that an intentional pandemic “incident” may be the “Big Event with global consequences” to which Congressman Ron Paul MD alluded in his 2008 Independence Day message.

As a result, the Natural Solutions Foundation’s urgent Health Freedom eAlert and accompanying video, entitled: ‘Weaponized Avian Flu: Are YOU Ready to Die for the Establishment?’ has become an Internet phenomenon, forwarded to millions of readers, according to Foundation estimates of distribution.

According to Stubblebine and Laibow, “The story is a long, complicated one, winding its way from China to France by way of the First World War, the Oil Cartel, the Pharmaceutical Cartel and Iraq to its final destination: a syringe full of something claiming to be a vaccine against the newly-deadly Avian Flu.

“Our best intelligence estimate is that pandemic Avian Flu has already been created through genetic engineering in the United States, fusing the deadly genome of the 1918 Pandemic, misnamed the ‘Spanish Flu’, with the DNA of the innocuous H5N1 virus in a growth medium of human kidney cells, according to the National Institutes of Health and the vaccine’s manufacturer. Some virologists believe that this would insure that the man-made mutant virus recognizes human cells and knows how to invade them.”

“A basic virological fact that the public has not been told is that it is impossible to make a vaccine against a virus that does not yet exist. Public relations efforts to the contrary, IF a vaccine is being made against the Avian Flu virus in its pandemic form, that means that the pandemic virus must already exist, period, end of discussion. So the fact that the Avian Flu vaccine is already being manufactured in China by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French arm of the cartel is not only peculiar, but at the very least sinister.”

The Natural Solutions Foundation notes with alarm that the genome of the 1918 pandemic, the so-called “Spanish Flu”, was recently intentionally resurrected by the United States government. Because of that resurrection, both the Avian Flu, and its “vaccine” are now a significant threat to public health.

The Spanish Flu, which was not Spanish at all, was created in the U.S. through an early bioweapons program and injected into healthy young men (i.e., ’soldiers’) as the first mandatory vaccination in the military during WWI (also known as the “War to End Wars” and the “Great War”). The “Spanish Flu”, which originated in Kansas on U.S. Military bases, killed hundreds of thousands of Americans, and millions worldwide. It was one of the deadliest pandemics in modern history. It was also one of the most successful biological weapons ever created, until now.

“We can see that the pharmaceutical industry and US government are actively preparing for an Avian Flu pandemic through their own promotional literature and propaganda,” continues Laibow. “The manufacturer’s website contains a document which clearly illustrates their business model and how the company successfully capitalizes on the immensely profitable worldwide vaccination market.

To date, there have only been around 385 human cases of Avian Flu identified worldwide (assuming those identifications are trustworthy, of course), with 243 deaths. To put the absurdity of this effort into perspective, Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), which researchers believe is heavily associated with aspartame consumption, is a leading cause of death which, according to the CDC, for example, killed 460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising. But, aspartame is not under the gun, instead, a supposedly currently non-pandemic Avian Flu is the focus.

Laibow adds, “Given the shockingly obvious lack of any threat from an un-weaponized H5N1 virus, how can we explain the Bush Administration spending billions of dollars preparing each of the 50 States for what it drums into us is the “inevitable Bird Flu pandemic” anticipated to kill half or more of all Americans and similar numbers of people around the globe? Americans are outraged and must inform themselves and their families by contacting the Natural Solutions Foundation and joining the free distribution list of the informative Health Freedom eAlerts. eAlert list members can expect to be uniquely well informed as recipients of the Foundation’s continuing threat analysis and action steps.

About the Natural Solutions Foundation

The Natural Solutions Foundation was founded by Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD and Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine, III (USA, ret.), who, along with Ralph Fucetola JD, are the Foundation Trustees. Established in 2004, the Foundation is an international NGO (Non Governmental Organization) active and registered in several countries, and is a not for profit 501(C)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States.

The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the problems threatening health and freedom, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world. Since its founding the Natural Solutions Foundation has pursued a vigorous program on many fronts, including natural solutions to significant social, legal and international problems involving health and wellness. We consider health freedom to be part of those solutions. Among the major threats to health freedom are Codex Alimentarius (the World Food Code) and national agencies that are tasked with protecting the public, but are not. The threats to health and freedom are both domestic and international, as are the solutions…

My comment

Yes, there’s a whole pitch for donations at the end of the video. That’s not why I posted their press release. The foundation is working hard on important health issues all over the world. And no, I’m not crazy – well – maybe a little. Dr. Laibow is not an extremist, and she’s never posted a warning like this before, so I’m inclined to listen to her, and help spread the word. Perhaps by spreading the word we can stop this from happening.

There’s a grisly sidebar to this story:

FEMA buys 500,000 plastic coffins, stored outside Atlanta.

Half a Million Plastic Coffins?

I have my own experience with a bioweapon. I contracted Lyme disease in 1985 (during the Reagan Administration). Over the past 23 years I’ve learned a thing or two about the disease.

US Govt Admits Lyme Disease a Bioweapon
MSNBC has since scrubbed the page but the information is still out there

Lyme is a Biowarfare Issue
The author of this article was arrested after publishing it on her website

Origin of Lyme Disease, part 2

I do know that what Dr. Laibow says about building up your immune system with organic foods and supplements is true. In my case, antibiotics never worked against the disease, they only made me sicker. I wasn’t able to successfully combat Lyme disease until I built up my immune system just as she describes.

If this information scares you, I apologize. Then deal with it. We’re living in dangerous times. If you think this is a load of crap, I hope you’re right.

Here’s one more piece of information for you:

A Nazi HOA

Hey. Those were Deric Walter’s words. Not mine.

How totally idiosyncratic that on the same night Tod’s constitutional rights were challenged by the SiltBOTs, the phrase “Nazi HOA” (Homeowner’s Association) was uttered.

At the last SiltBOTs meeting (7/14), during the Autumn Ridge sketch plan review discussion, Deric Walter declared on behalf of the project that “we intend to have a Nazi HOA.”

Well, aren’t they all?

Here’s an interesting rant on the unconstitutionality of HOAs: HOAs: Exchanging individual property rights for property values

Saving Silt from yet another crappy park

So anyway, Deric Walter gave a glossy Power Point presentation on Autumn Ridge, with the same information that was presented at the April 15 P&Z Meeting (see Nightmare on Main Street) – except with pretty pictures.

Representatives from Habitat for Humanity and Garfield County Housing Authority also participated. Walter sensationalized the affordable housing aspect of the project as the great big benefit to the town of Silt. But here’s the catch – they are asking that the number of affordable housing units not be designated before the final plat. So unless they are required to guarantee a minimum of affordable housing units out of the 34 planned, the net result at the final plat could be zero.

Last spring in The Paper, Moore promoted the project as 34 affordable housing units.

Whatever. I’m still stuck on how $200,000 equals affordable housing. But that’s just me.

The re-zoning issued was not discussed. Instead, Community Development Director Gale Carmoney asked for direction on 5 questions. I include my interpretation of how the SiltBOTs responded.

* Should some residential units have no garage but will instead have storage units that are 90 sq ft in size?

* Should the open space requirement be waived?

The SiltBOTs didn’t seem too concerned about either of those questions.

* Should all in-lieu park land dedication fees be dedicated to the town park at 16th Street and Grand Avenue?

They will need to see more details.

* Should a 4-year time limit on commercial development be allowed on the Mixed Use component of the development?

They thought it seemed like too short of a window.

* Should Cactus Drive be a through street or should an emergency access gate be installed at the northern boundary of the development to prevent additional vehicular traffic driving between the new development and the existing subdivision to the north?

They felt the impacted property owners should be part of that discussion.

I won’t get into all the boring details of the presentation and discussion – which went on far too long – just the highlights.

As I mentioned, this 34-unit subdivision touted as affordable housing, therefore geared toward families, will not have a park or any open space. An open irrigation ditch runs through it, so they plan to fence the kids in postage stamp backyards (maybe that’s where the Nazi HOA comes in), but not fence off the ditch. Oh, and they’ve only had one meeting with the ditch company.

They are asking for a waiver on the open space requirement, and in place of a park they offered to pay for additional playground equipment in the Flying Eagle soccer park. To illustrate the rationale for those requests, Walter showed a handful of still photos of parks with no people in them and a few weeds, declaring these are neglected and abandoned “pocket parks” (Walter’s term used repeatedly and with emphasis) located in various subdivisions. Walter alleged that no one uses or cares for these “pocket parks”. The problem with his scenario is at any given snapshot in time, every single park in Silt – or any other small town for that matter – can look abandoned and/or neglected, especially in the spring.

Their rationale struck me as: Silt has a bunch of crappy parks, so why would you want us to build another crappy park?

Sort of like restless leg syndrome – or panty lines – you never knew you had it until some idiot pointed it out.

Eventually Mayor Pro Tem Robinson did ask for the public’s input but that was around 10 p.m. With the delayed start cuz of the extended Executive Session, and the public didn’t know they would be allowed to comment during the discussion, the people who were there about Autumn Ridge, had already gone home – unfortunately.

Although somebody did say – I think it was Duran – that the surrounding property owners would be notified when Autumn Ridge comes to a public hearing.

So anyway, it’s easy to get caught up in the details, which are not all that big of a deal. The real issue concerning Autumn Ridge is the rezoning from low density residential to high density mixed use residential, and the impact on the surrounding property owners, and the precedent that will be set by allowing a developer to change residential zoning within a neighborhood.

Silt Roundabout Update

Silt roundabout construction has begun. This week construction crews are constructing underground utilities and roadway embankment on the southwest corner of the Project.  Truck traffic and traffic control by flaggers has caused some delays during the day.

For more information:

Town of Silt Roundabout Information webpage

Project Information Hotline: 625-3401

So far it hasn’t been too much of a pain. But hang on to your road rage.  On July 26, things should get real interesting. Check this out:

Rifle I-70 on-ramp could be closed up to five days
Closure could speed up roundabout work but require long detours

By Mike McKibbin

RIFLE, Colorado — Motorists who leave Rifle to head to Glenwood Springs and points farther east on Interstate 70 will have to find a different way to get onto the highway starting Saturday, July 26, and for up to five days after that …

Here’s where it gets fun:

During the on-ramp closure, motorists could use U.S. Highway 6&24 into Silt, where utility work is underway by other Martinez Western crews on that roundabout project, to get to I-70.

Happy trails!

They can’t muzzle me by punishing Tod

Monday’s SiltBOTs meeting (7/14) got off to a super slow start. At the top of the meeting, Town Attorney Duran called an Executive Session, which lasted over an hour. That meant we-the-public who came to watch the meeting had to wait outside the board chambers for the duration.

Part of what was being discussed behind closed doors was a letter from Tod’s attorney, Chris McAnany (Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn, & Krohn, LLP) regarding Tod’s alleged conflict of interest over the High Point Ventures/Autumn Ridge PUD, which the SiltBOTs had received prior to the meeting. For a recap of the whole recusal flap read my post, Check your civil rights at the door.

Mr. McAnany, an experienced municipal law attorney from Grand Junction, wrote a brilliant letter which you can read here: Chris McAnany’s letter to Town Attorney Duran

After reading the letter, any sane person would assume the matter was settled. Tod does not have a conflict of interest with Autumn Ridge. Period. However according to Silt Municipal Code of Ethics:

The remaining members of the governing body shall determine by majority vote whether to allow the member with the personal interest to participate and vote thereon or to recuse himself/herself.

I won’t even go into why this is a bad ordinance, is unconstitutional, and needs to be changed. I think it’s obvious.

So anyway, when the SiltBOTs came back in session they continued their discussion of whether or not Tod should be recused. Tod asked the HPV/Autumn Ridge attorney, Mr. Sands about this allegation he made in his letter:

“In articles published in the Glenwood Post Independent, Mr. Tibbetts’ hostile rhetoric and animus directed towards Mr. Moore is documented.”

Tod asked Mr. Sands to produce evidence of that allegation. Of course he couldn’t because there is none. Mr. Sands said he didn’t bring the articles with him. The truth is, the articles don’t exist.

Tod then spoke about his service to the town for the past 12 years, and that he has always dealt fairly with land use issues, and Autumn Ridge is no different.

Nicky Leigh brought up my blog and said she feels my statements and opinions reflect badly on Tod. Meredith Robinson agreed that my blog was the issue. Even though McAnany’s letter clearly outlined why my blog is NOT THE ISSUE, Meredith and Nicky – the only 2 women SiltBOTs – insisted that my blog IS the issue.

Mayor Moore did not participate in the closed door discussion, or the public discussion on the recusal issue.

Acting as Mayor Pro-Tem, Meredith read a motion written by Duran to recuse Tod from the Autumn Ridge PUD. Nicky made the motion. No one seconded it. So in full view of the public and the eye of the TV camera, the motion fizzled like a moth in a flame.

Mr. Sands and Deric Walter rushed out of the room for a few minutes – no doubt to inform their boss, Dave-the-Mayor – and the meeting resumed.

Mr. McAnany told Tod the next day that the SiltBOTs did the right thing. But did they?

The way I see it they DIDN’T DO anything. The motion to recuse Tod was brought to the floor and died there. They simply chose not to vote on it in front of the public. What the SiltBOTs DID DO happened 2 months ago. They chose to challenge Tod’s constitutional rights because of my blog.

Nicky doesn’t like my blog. Meredith doesn’t like my blog. Joe doesn’t like my blog (although I’m sure he’s never read it). And Dave doesn’t like my blog.

So they punished Tod in order to shut me up.

At times like this I usually have something funny to say. Sadly, nothing about this is funny.

Of course I’m relieved and happy about the outcome for Tod’s sake. But there’s no need to defend myself. The US Constitution and Tod’s attorney have already done that. And I have no desire to gloat. This is no victory. It is a travesty. Silt town government is broken.

Nicky, Meredith, Dave, and Joe are certainly guilty of discriminating against Tod because of my blog. They are the ones who have violated the Code of Ethics. They should resign.

For now I presume the matter of my blog is settled and no further legal action will be required. If that’s not the case, then Mr. McAnany is fully prepared to become MY attorney.

Somebody’s Watching You

About a month ago Nanci Limbach released 4 great horned owls from her care at the Pauline S. Schneegas Wildlife Foundation. Almost immediately thereafter, we noticed a pair of great horned owls at River Park (aka Dogland). One is smaller than the other, so he’s obviously a youngster. We’re pretty sure the pair is half of the four which were released in June.

Ann Ramsey took this photo of the young one on Saturday.

As you can imagine, we’re all very excited about the arrival of the owls, because we’re all a bunch of wacky wildlife watchers and animal lovers. We hope they stay. River Park needs the owls as much as they need River Park. It’s perfect habitat with an abundance of frogs, chipmunks, and voles. Currently we have almost too many lizards and snakes.

We all want to do everything we can to make the owls feel welcome. But I just want to caution my Dogland friends that the young owl (in the photo) is very curious. Tod and I were less than five feet away from him when we saw him on Saturday. He was perched on the tall stump (about 5 feet off the ground) on the interior lowland trail, watching us. We didn’t approach him – and we didn’t have the camera. We did stop long enough to say hello, then walked on. Tod said he made a clacking noise just before we stopped. I didn’t hear that. He is a stunning creature.

Luckily Ann went home to get her camera. But he flew up in a tree by the time she got back. She still got a great shot of him. Our dogs didn’t see him and we didn’t draw their attention to him.

Because the young one is so curious and fearless, please be cautious when you see him. Please leave him be and steer your dogs away from him. Like I said, we need those owls to control the reptile and rodent population, and promote our park as a bird sanctuary. Protect the owls. Take only photos.

Although I have to say I know almost everyone who visits Dogland and I know we’re all very smart and very sensitive to our wildlife. So I’m not all that concerned for their safety. We think the owls have chosen the perfect home.

I believe we have Nanci Limbach from to the Pauline S. Schneegas Wildlife Foundation to thank for this gift of owls.

As quoted from The Paper:

Randy Hampton, a spokesman for the Colorado Division of Wildlife, said the work Limbach does to assist wildlife in the area is critical and “that having people support her financially needs to happen” or wildlife doesn’t get the benefits she provides.

Please consider making a tax deductible donation to the Pauline S. Schneegas Wildlife Foundation.
